Every order ships free to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. No minimum spend, no surcharge for regional or remote postcodes, no exceptions — from a $24 keyring to the 1:20 die-cast excavator. The price you see is the price you pay.
Cat® radio-control models — shipped from Perth, WA
Stocked in Perth, Western Australia, and sent with Australia Post in a tracked satchel. Orders placed before 12 pm AWST on a business day leave the same day; otherwise the next business day.

Perth metro is usually at the fast end of that range; remote areas (NT, far north Queensland, islands) can take a few days longer. Need it by a particular date? Ask us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can make it.
Brick building sets (Mould King, Reobrix) — from our partner warehouse
Also free to Australia and New Zealand. Brick sets ship directly from our partner warehouse: allow 8 to 13 business days from order to delivery. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way. The very large sets (8,000 pieces and up) may arrive as two parcels. If your order mixes a Cat® model and a brick set, the Cat® model ships first from Perth; the two parcels arrive separately, and both are free.
Christmas and peak periods
Australia Post gets busy from mid-November. For delivery before Christmas, order Cat® models by 12 December in Australia and 5 December in New Zealand, and brick sets by 1 December. We flag any delay on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. The tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email and in your account.
New Zealand orders
Shipping to New Zealand is free and tracked: 6–12 business days for Cat® models, 8–13 for brick sets. Any New Zealand GST is shown at checkout before you pay. Parcels valued over NZ$1,000 may also attract GST and fees from New Zealand Customs on arrival.
Something missing or damaged?
Photograph the parcel and the contents before you throw anything away and write to us within 7 days of delivery. Missing bricks are replaced free of charge; damaged Cat® models are replaced or refunded — see 30-Day Returns & Spare Parts and Returns & Refunds.
