Free shipping, always

Every order ships free to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. No minimum spend, no surcharge for regional or remote postcodes, no exceptions. The price you see is the price you pay.

We ship to Australia and New Zealand only. We do not ship anywhere else at this time.

Dispatch

Cat® radio-control models and keyrings are stocked in Perth, Western Australia. Orders placed before 12 pm AWST on a business day are dispatched the same day; otherwise the next business day. Brick sets are dispatched directly from our partner warehouse.

These are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Perth metro is usually at the fast end of the range; remote areas (NT, far north Queensland, islands) can take a few days longer. Delays caused by the carrier, by customs or by events outside our control are not grounds for cancelling an order, though we will always help you trace a parcel.

Express delivery

Express Post is available at checkout for most Australian postcodes at an additional cost: next business day within the Australia Post Express network, 1–3 days elsewhere.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way, and it is also available in your account.

Split deliveries

If your order mixes a Cat® model and a brick set, the Cat® model ships first from Perth and the two parcels arrive separately. Very large brick sets (8,000 pieces and up) may arrive as two parcels. There is no extra charge in either case.

Christmas and peak periods

For delivery before Christmas, order Cat® models by 12 December in Australia and 5 December in New Zealand (Express by 18 December in Australia), and brick sets by 1 December.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the parcel unclaimed, we will resend it once you confirm a correct address; a second postage cost may apply.
